With over 30 years of experience, Larry was hired to lead the national eviction project.  During the last legislative session, he spent countless hours at the Minnesota Legislature.  He will update attendees on the status of evictions with the moratoriums coming to an end as well as new eviction statutes that are now in effect.

 

 

Mark has spent over a year investigating mortgage fraud in Minnesota.  What should your office look for, and what steps should you take when you suspect mortgage fraud is occurring in your county?
