Event Description

ABCs of Traumatic Wounds and Burn Care

Life, function, and everything else…. Bringing relevance of innovative care to field based treatment. Managing traumatic injuries and burns is a challenge in the first world setting; however, when resources are limited and the environment is compromised, approach to treatment becomes exponentially more complex. In this webinar, using relevant examples, Dr. Sood will discuss the fundamentals to critical care and burn wound management within the first 72 hours of injury. He will review the priority interventions in an effort to better address the question of “what can be done versus what should be done?”. This webinar is a prelude to the August 11 Regional Seminar.
