ALL PARTICIPANTS including session conveners, invited speakers and poster presenters MUST register. Registrations CANNOT be taken over the phone. Attendees must register online or with the registration form.

Session conveners and speakers are to register at their specified rate or as one day registrant. SIMB DOES NOT automatically register conveners and speakers. 

If you are a speaker that is only giving a talk and not participating in attending the full conference, please contact registrar@simbhq.org. Please indicate that you have reviewed and agree with the Code of Conduct in your email.

Dietary restrictions and other special needs: If dietary restrictions and/or other specials needs are not indicated on your registration, we may not be able to accommodate attendees once they are onsite.
