Exhibiting at the Conference
Meet face-to-face with the movers and shakers in child welfare. National conference exhibitors reach CEOs, administrators, and other child and family experts who are eager to explore new thinking and new products. As a bonus, CWLA vendors will receive the pre- and post-conference attendee mailing lists for marketing.
Exhibiting is an easy and affordable way to get your company's name and products out there. The exhibit hall is the hub of the conference; it's located in a hall next to conference registration. Our popular Bookstore and Cyber Cafe are located in the exhibit hall. Booth Bingo and food functions drive traffic to and through it!
Past exhibitors include software companies, publishers, brokers, trainers, accreditors, agencies and other organizations with a message for the leaders in child welfare. Exhibiting at the CWLA conference is easy, effective, and rewarding.

Booth Bingo - Back by Demand!
Participating exhibitor vendors can stamp bingo cards distributed to attendees at registration. Attendees who complete their cards are eligible to win big prizes. Drawings are scheduled for 12:15 pm on Tuesday, February 28. To donate a prize ($25 min. value) email kdunn@cwla.org.

Exhibit Hall Dates and Times
Registration and Payment:
- A 50% deposit is due with Registration. The balance is due before the conference start date of February 26, 2012.
- There are two ways to register. Either register online OR complete and return the Exhibitor Application & Contract. No need to do both! Registering means you agree with the terms and conditions.
- Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning August 12, 2011.
- Make checks payable to the Child Welfare League of America, Inc.
