The conference registration fee includes conference materials, general sessions, workshops and all meal functions. Additional rates will apply for special sessions/trainings - please see details below.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available at the conference. You can earn up to 21.5 CEU credit hours, provided through the NASW - Washington State Chapter.

Registration Instructions
1. Complete a separate online registration for each person attending the conference. All registrations must be paid in advance of the conference by check, credit card, or signed purchase order authorizing conference registration payment. Onsite registrations must be accompanied by a check or credit card.
2. Discounts: To receive discounted member registration rates, member agencies’ dues must be paid to date. Students must show student ID at conference check-in.
3. All payments are due by February 17, 2012. If you are paying by check, make the check payable to CWLA. Mail check payment along with a copy of your confirmation to CWLA, P.O. Box 75171, Baltimore, MD 21275-5171. Purchase orders will be accepted for pre-registration, but your organization’s check must be received by CWLA on or before February 17, 2012, otherwise you will be required to provide another form of payment onsite. We encourage you to make sure payment has been received by CWLA prior to arriving at the conference to avoid an inconvenience onsite. Please be sure to submit documentation to your agency early enough to ensure that CWLA receives payment before the conference.
4. To be eligible for the early-bird registration, your registration and payment or purchase orders must be received in the CWLA office by December 9, 2011.
5. Your registration confirmation is summarized once you complete your registration online. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided. We encourage you to print a copy of your registration for your records.
6. Any and all liability of the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) with respect to registration, reservations, cancellations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall CWLA be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging. Submission of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
7. Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations received by e-mail to Leading2012@cwla.org on or before 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, January 27, 2012 are entitled to a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. After January 27th, no refunds will be given and no exceptions will be made. No-shows will be invoiced for payment of the full registration.
8. Substitutes: If you are not able to attend, you may send a substitute from your agency, but CWLA must be notified in advance by e-mail at Leading2012@cwla.org.
9. No hotel charges are included in the registration fee. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please see the Hotel/Travel page for details on rates, deadlines, etc.
10. CWLA reserves the right to cancel any workshop at any time.
11. CWLA or its contractors may photograph or videotape sessions and events at the conference. By attending CWLA’s national conference, attendees understand and agree to allow their images to be used by CWLA in its publications, on its website, and in marketing or promotional materials. Photo images may also be shared with the media. Attendance at the meeting waives CWLA from liability resulting from these uses. If you are accompanying a minor that cannot be photographed, please inform the media desk at conference check-in.
