Question: How far is the ABL Annual Meeting hotel from the airport?

  • Answer: The Hilton New Orleans - St. Charles Ave is approximately 30 minutes from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). 

Question: What is the dress code for the ABL Annual Meeting?

  • Answer: Business Casual.

Question: When Will the ABL Annual Meeting Registration Desk Be Open?

  • Answer: The ABL Annual Meeting Registration Desk will be open from 5:00 – 6:30pm on Sunday, July 10; and from 8:00am-12:00pm on Monday, July 11. 

Question: Will I be allowed into ABL Annual Meeting events without my badge?

  • Answer: NO – You will need your badge to take part in ALL Annual Meeting events, including general sessions and hospitality events.

Question: Will transportation be provided to the Sazerac Experience at the Sazerac House?

  • Answer: No. The Sazerac House is a 5 block/0.3 mile/6 minute walk from the Hilton New Orleans - St. Charles Ave.  

Question: May I bring my spouse or significant other to the Sazerac Experience if they have not registered for the ABL Annual Meeting?

  • Answer: The Sazerac Experience and ALL other hospitality events are for paid and registered annual meeting attendees only.

REGISTRATION WAIVER

ABL will follow relevant federal, state and local guidance related to group gatherings.  However, by registering and attending this event, attendees understand and voluntarily assume any risks and waive ABL, its employees or agents of any liability of being exposed to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease.

NEW ORLEANS COVID-19 INFORMATION

ABL is looking forward to celebrating beverage retailers and the hospitality industry as we return to an in-person event this summer. While the COVID-19 situation continues to improve, ABL wants its meeting attendees to have a positive experience and feel safe during their stay in New Orleans.
