The American Academy of Environmental Engineers Certification Board is independently empowered to, in its discretion, grant and issue to any citizen of the United States or citizen of a foreign country found to be entitled to receive the same, a Certificate of Special Knowledge, in any of the specialty fields of environmental engineering designated by the BOT. The powers of the AAEECB are strictly limited to the above described certification actions. The certification actions of the AAEECB may not be modified or rescinded by the BOT.
