The Development and Upgrading of Examinations Committee shall be made up of an overall committee and several technical committees, each of which will be responsible for one of the specialty areas for which examinations are given and certificates granted. Responsibility for developing and upgrading the oral examinations covering all the specialties for which certificates are granted shall rest in the same committees.
