Jeff joined Volvo Cars in June 2018 as Vice President, Manufacturing, Americas, and Plant Manager, Volvo Car Charleston Plant. He leads the overall strategy for the new plant, including running the day-to-day business operations.

Jeff comes to Volvo with 33 years of automotive manufacturing experience, most recently having served as senior vice president at Toyota Motor North America where he led powertrain manufacturing and engineering, including five Toyota plants. Prior to his most recent role, he progressed through various leadership positions at Toyota including general manager in Japan with global responsibility for new model and model change projects.

Jeff received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Purdue University Krannert School of Management, and his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology
