Leave Your Stress at Work
09/19/2017
60 min.

No matter how much we love our job, no matter how great our employees are, and even when our work brings us great joy, it can also present a few challenges – differing personalities, friction, work overload, patron demands, negativity – you get the picture!
And when we take those challenges home with us in the form of stress, the cycle becomes a 24/7 rerun – and we carry it right back to work with us the next day – affecting (or infecting??) others as we go.
In this single 60-minute session, we’re going to help you understand what’s really causing the stress – and it’s not always what we think. We’ll also discuss some simple steps to help you leave your workday at work – particularly if it’s been stressful. Being able to leave your stress at work will make you a more effective supervisor – with more effective employees!
