Chances are, you have dealt with a difficult person at some point in the past (maybe today??). It doesn’t seem to get any easier, does it? You may never consider it “easy” to deal with difficult people (I know I don’t!), but you can begin to understand why they behave the way they do – and after all, it’s the behaviors we find difficult, isn’t it?
Although we know we can’t “make” them not be difficult L, we’ll discuss specific tips that can help us handle those behaviors.
