Anxiety and Depression in Adult Attention Deficit Disorder (AADD)

This is a presentation on the treatment of anxiety and depression in Adult Attention Deficit Disorder. In this presentation, we will outline the author’s journey through understanding Attention Deficit Disorder in adults. We will also outline why this typical scenario reflects traumatic childhood very often and how that childhood affected the person’s adult functioning what we can do as therapists to try to help the person deal with his or her anxiety and depression, and how this can be reduced. We will also focus on the role of aggression, in particular, in anxiety and depression.
