1. Participants will learn what managers are looking for from how you dress to how you present yourself, and discuss pre- and post- preparation and follow up to interviews.
2. Participants will discuss how to actively develop knowledge and experience as well as staff development through mentoring and leadership assistance.
3. Participants will discuss and learn how to move up from inside the organization if your first attempts have failed.
