The filmmakers, the LICENSOR, grant the purchaser, the LICENSEE, a license at the price of $19.95 to screen “The Face of Kinship Care” for personal or professional events for an unlimited number of screenings within 2 months of the purchase date. As a part of this agreement, the LICENSEE may not distort, duplicate, edit or misrepresent the content of the film in any capacity. The LICENSEE also agrees to not permit the film to be sold, loaned, transferred, televised or made available online to any other party not contained herein at any time or for any reason. As a part of the agreement, the LICENSOR will send the LICENSEE the private screener, which will be available for download. It is under this agreement that the LICENSEE will not abuse this access to the film, and, after the 2-month period is up, will request a new screening license through the CWLA Bookstore if desired. With respect to the License granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the LICENSEE that any rights, title, or interest that the LICENSOR maintains with respect to “The Face of Kinship Care” are expressly reserved by the LICENSOR.
