The session will look back 60 days and discuss necessary adaptations Vibra Healthcare made in response to the Covid 19 National Health Emergency. We will address the fluidity required as it relates to policy and process change, clinical and administrative operations, and the culture swing in response to the Covid 19 Emergency.  From corporate leadership to care at the bedside, the session will discuss Vibra Healthcare’s forward thinking approach to navigating our acute Rehabilitation Hospitals through unchartered waters.

  • Describe Leadership’s role in an ever changing, fluid environment – mitigating chaos and promotion of heightened communication during emergency
  • Support facility level operators to meet the needs of patients, employees and communities – Reinforcing the “Thank you”  - being “The Calm”
