This webinar will provide an update on how the COVID-19 public health emergency has impacted the inpatient rehabilitation industry from a policy perspective.  We will provide an overview of the current waivers and regulatory flexibilities that are currently available to inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs), discuss waivers that may be considered for extended or permanent implementation, and Congressional action on pandemic preparedness and response legislation.  The webinar will also touch on the FY 2021 IRF final payment rule and other regulatory policies that could impact IRFs later in 2020.
