This webinar will focus on the practical aspect of assigning accurate scores to the 5 Social-Cognition areas of the FIM© instrument.
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Accurately define the functional areas of Comprehension, Expression, Social Interaction, Problem Solving and Memory.
- Assign appropriate functional levels (1-7) to describe their patients’ social/cognitive abilities, as defined by the Functional Independence Measure (FIM)TM definitions.
- Have increased confidence in training team members to identify the most accurate score for the social/cognition areas.
