It is our intention to help create a better relationship between the physical therapist, patient, staff, and the insurance carrier to allow for better management and collection of money.
Each physical therapy office is unique and we have covered basic billing principles that relate to each scope or diversity of practice. A Physical Therapy Practice must practice therapy in accordance with the laws of their state.
Physical therapy offices have various forms. We have made these forms available in PDF format for viewing and printing. After viewing the forms, you may want to edit or change your own forms similarly.
