Kathryn Hughes is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. After experiencing pregnancy loss and then postpartum anxiety following the birth of her first daughter in 2014, Kathryn recognized the lack of maternal mental health providers in her community and started a practice focused on filling this need. She continues to maintain a clinical caseload almost exclusively focused on perinatal mental health and is passionate about educating the community and other providers about perinatal mental health. Kathryn also serves as core faculty in the online Bachelor of Social Work program at Pacific Oaks College.

Laura Bolt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently practicing in Virginia Beach, VA. Laura utilizes a CBT approach, and specializes in anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health. Before moving to Virginia, Laura worked for over 15 years serving Los Angeles County in the fields of social work and mental health. It was in Los Angeles that Laura received extensive training and developed expertise in the area of perinatal mental health. Laura has over 6 years of experience providing training and consultation to OBGYN’s, nurses and other allied health professionals to promote screening for PMADs and making appropriate referrals. Since moving to Virginia, Laura has continued her work with the perinatal population and currently provides direct telehealth services to clients, and volunteers for Postpartum Support Virginia (PSVa).
