Kathryn Hughes is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. After experiencing pregnancy loss and then postpartum anxiety following the birth of her first daughter in 2014, Kathryn recognized the lack of maternal mental health providers in her community and started a practice focused on filling this need. She continues to maintain a clinical caseload almost exclusively focused on perinatal mental health and is passionate about educating the community and other providers about perinatal mental health. Kathryn also serves as core faculty in the online Bachelor of Social Work program at Pacific Oaks College.
