A legislative guru in the real estate section of the Minnesota Bar Association will discuss mortgage fraud cases where he has been an expert witness in prosecution cases in Minnesota and North Dakota.

 

 

Mark has spent over a year investigating mortgage fraud in Minnesota, where search warrants have been issued and executed by the Anoka County Sheriff's Office, FBI, IRS, and the Department of Revenue.

 

 

 

Dean will discuss collecting judements in rural areas and the special issues that must be addressed, including the Farmer-Lender Mediation Act.
