Dear Osteopathic Medicine Supporter:

The Maine Osteopathic Association (MOA) is pleased to announce its 108th Annual Oceanside Convention. Please join us
June 7-9, 2019 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine!

As a sponsor or exhibitor, your organization will gain the opportunity to network with nearly 200 physicians. The convention schedule includes daily dedicated time for networking during our popular Exhibit Hall Refreshment breaks. Door prizes at each break for anyone in the exhibit hall (sponsors & exhibitors are eligible to win too!) to encourage attendance and help maximum networking opportunities. We also encourage all exhibitors and sponsors to attend our opening reception and/or 5k Fun Run/Walk. Please contact Amanda Richards for more details.

Your organization will have access to a Pre-Conference Attendee List to help prepare you for quality networking as well as name badges and ribbons for your organization’s representatives.  Your organization will also be recognized in our Convention Program Book. In addition, complimentary Continental breakfast will be provided each morning for your organization’s representatives and an Exhibitor Appreciation Lunch for all sponsors and exhibitors.

  • Thursday June 6th-- Set up from 4:00-10:00pm
  • Friday June 7th -- 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Saturday June 8th -- 8:00am-12:00pm

Bronze Level: $1,500

Material Distribution in Attendee Bags:

· $225 (MOA Preferred Business Partners), $300 (Non-Partners) To publicize an upcoming event, promote a new product, provide a give-away item, or draw traffic to an exhibit booth, an announcement or small product may be inserted into attendee tote bags. All inserted items must be approved by the MOA.

5K Family Fun Run $850

Sponsor this Friday evening reception and have the opportunity to speak briefly at the event and also receive:  Your logo included in all promotional materials and at the event, ½ page ad in the Program Book, Logo and contact information on the symposium website, 2 complimentary tickets to the Sponsor & Exhibitor Brunch, 2 complimentary tickets to the sponsonred special event.

· Symposium Tote Bag - $1,500
Your logo printed on the tote bags for all attendees-- highly visible and a great return on your investment! Also includes:  Corporate logo in all printed materials and at the Symposium, Business card-sized ad in the program book and listing in the MOA Newsletter

· Audio/Visual Sponsor - $1000 per day or $500 per 1/2 day
Help provide support for our A/V services and also receive: Your corporate logo listed in all printed materials and at the Symposium, a Business card-sized ad in the program book and listing in the MOA Newsletter, Table and Door Signage at each lecture and on the projection screen prior to the presentation

· Refreshment Break Sponsor - $800
Healthy Breakfast Sponsor—$1,750

Help provide healthy options and receive: Your corporate logo listed in all printed materials and at the Symposium , Plus a Business card-sized ad in the program book, Plus signage recognizing your sponsorship at the break or breakfast

· MOA Speaker Support- $500 or Keynote Sponsor $1,000     

Sponsor one of our speakers and receive: Your corporate logo listed in all printed materials and at the Symposium, a Business card-sized ad in the program book and listing in the MOA Newsletter and Table and Door signage at Sponsored Lecture

Scientific Product Theaters:

· Demonstration/Presentations $1,500.00
Have a new product or service you would like to market to medical professionals? We have opportunities for you, too! Your presentation will be separate from CME lectures and considered a paid promotion.
No CME credit will be provided. 
Please note: We request that these paid promotional events be scheduled so as to not overlap with the MOA conference and events. Additionally, the cost of any food/ beverage for your event is not included. Please contact the MOA directly for more information.
