The sponsor for the "Welcome to DC" reception on June 13 will have signage at this event, which will include cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Sponsor can provide napkins with the company logo to be used at the event. AED staff will announce the sponsor at the reception and the sponsor will be provided the opportunity to address the attendees with a brief (1-2 minutes) introduction, if desired. Display your company name/logo on notebooks for distribution at the Policy Conference & Advocacy Day. These are very popular items that attendees take back with them to use at the office. Notebooks will be provided by AED and are included in the cost of the sponsorship. Notebooks will include the company logo on the cover and at the bottom of each page. Notebooks can also include a company ad and information in the inside front cover. The sponsor can provide branded pens in addition to the notebooks, if desired (not included).
