Summit "Masters" Golf Sponsorship

This fully enclosed golf simulator will be located in the CONDEX hall and provides a great opportunity for brand awareness and lead generation.  Your booth can be located next to the simulator for excellent foot traffic throughout the show hours or attendees can be required to visit your booth to obtain a simulator contest game card.

The simulator package includes a free $10k “Hole in One” Contest with 1^st swing of each attempt eligible for the price and all setup, tear down, clubs, balls, and staffing with an experienced professional. The technician will run the simulator and assist the player to keep things moving smoothly.

Branding includes on-screen ads, messages, and/or company logos, either on the fairway or as full-screen billboard size ads displayed between shots.

Summit Passport Event

Passport Prize Sponsorship - $3,000 (exclusive)

Sponsor a one-year Wheels Up Connect Membership for one winner selected from the completed passports turned in to the sponsor.  Sponsor will be able to select the prize winner and will have the contact information via the contact information contained in the game passports of the participating attendees.

Passport Destination Sponsorship - $1,500 (limited availability)

AED will list your booth or suite as a “Passport Destination” for attendees to visit and get a stamp in their passport books. Completed passports will be turned in at the passport prize sponsor’s booth or suite after completion.

Attendees will be directed to the Passport Destination sponsor’s booth or suite through event signage and promotional material. Booth or suite sponsor will stamp the attendees Passport for them to turn in to enter the Passport Prize drawing.

3D Avatar Scanner Sponsorship: $25,000 (exclusive)

Sponsor the 3D Avatar Scanner which will create a digital 3D scan of the attendees that can be customized to feature your brand.  Sponsorship includes branded online shop, emails, social sharing links, and your brand on any figurines purchased by attendees.  Branded scanner wrap is available for additional $5000.  Attendees can self-purchase a 3D printed figurine of their choosing featuring your branding on the base.

Sponsor can visit with attendees while they wait or attendees can be required to visit your booth or suite to obtain a 3D Avatar Scanner ticket for a complimentary 3D Scan.  Sponsor can optionally cover the cost for a base figurine for attendees with ticket option if desired which will be billed separately at cost by the services provider.

Sponsorship includes staff to setup and run scanner and store from 10:30am to 6pm from January 16^th to 18^th during Summit.  Scanner booth can be located in the CONDEX hall (would be limited to CONDEX hours only on the 17^th and 18^th) or can be located in the Mirage Conference Center Promenade Hallway / Rotunda (would be open during CONDEX and Education Sessions hours).

(3) Professional Therapists will provide an upper body therapy in professional chairs in a CONDEX booth from 11am to 2pm on both Wednesday, January 17^th and Thursday, January 18^th. They relax the classic tension areas of the feet, neck, back, shoulders and arms and help attendees feel more welcome, appreciated, refreshed, alert and energized. All necessary equipment, supplies and personnel included. Local, Licensed, & Insured. Sponsor can provide logo’d golf shirts, t-shirts, or sponsor’s signature clothing for the therapists (optional). Attendees can be required to obtain a coupon or ticket at the sponsor’s booth or suite to receive a complimentary therapy session (generates substantial additional traffic and prospects, and verifiable ROI).

Professional Headshot Studio Sponsorship

Professional headshot services to be offered on Wednesday, January 17th and Thursday, January 18^th in CONDEX during CONDEX hours for attendees to have a professional photo taken with digital copy sent to them for their own use.
