NACCOP Violence Against Women Act (2 hours) on April 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm Eastern time
This webinar will provide both technical and practical requirements as mandated by the Violence Against Women Act. The recently expanded crime categories, additional policies and programs institutions must provide to be in compliance will be reviewed. At a minimum, we suggest that you invite representatives from the following departments, to this session: Public Safety/Police Department, General Counsel’s Office, Compliance and Internal Audit, Student Conduct, VP of Student Affairs/Dean of Students, Residence Life and Housing, Human Resources, Admissions, Title IX Coordinator/Sexual Assault Response Team Leader, and Provost/Academic Affairs Office.
