Drug, Liquor and Weapons Arrests and Referrals (2 hours) on Mar 14, 2019 at 3pm EST                  

This webinar delivers information about the counting requirements for Drug, Liquor and Weapons Law arrests & referral statistics. An overview of definitions and promising procedures will be provided. At a minimum, we suggest that you invite representatives from the following departments, to this session: Public Safety/Police Department, General Counsel’s Office, Compliance and Internal Audit, Student Conduct, VP of Student Affairs/Dean of Students, Residence Life and Housing, and Title IX Coordinator/Sexual Assault Response Team Leader.

These webinars are designed to provide attendees with highlight overview information about the major topics related to Clery Compliance activities. The webinar series features expert instructors with significant knowledge, expertise and practical experience in conducting audits and training classes for D. Stafford and Associates. Key concepts will be identified during the webinars to assist attendees in addressing compliance issues at their respective institutions. We will be providing a brief Q&A session at the conclusion of each webinar.
