Webinar 1 of 2: Best Practices in Conducting Remote/Virtual Title IX Investigations and Adjudications

While investigative and adjudication processes are constantly evolving, COVID-19 has exacerbated this evolution. This webinar will assist higher educational professionals as they navigate these processes in a virtual world, including how the new regulations may impact their practices. Specific focus will be given to the practical challenges and nuances that present themselves during intake; case management; “meetings”/interviews; document sharing; and hearings.
NOTE: You must be an active NACCOP member at the time of registration in order to receive the member rate for the webinars. We will not be able to retroactively adjust the registration fee if you become a member AFTER registering.

If you attend the webinar using the ASCA member discount, understand that we will verify your membership with ASCA, and if your institution is not a member, you will be invoiced the difference between the discounted price and the full price of the class.
The webinar access link will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the webinar, to the email address you provide during registration for the event. If you are not the person participating in the webinar, you will need to provide the email link of the participant.
Payment will provide attendees with one link to access the webinar.
Handouts will be available via a link inside the webinar chat. We will open the webinar 30 minutes early (1:30 pm EDT) to allow participants time to open/print the handouts before the webinar presentation begins at 2:00 pm.
