Description: This webinar will discuss the importance of the intake process in both the informal and formal grievance proceedings.
The webinar access link will be sent a few days prior to the webinar to the email address you provided during registration for the event. If you are not the person participating in the webinar, you will need to provide the emailed link to participant.
Payment will provide attendees with one link to access the webinar.

One discount allowed per registration. If you are a NACCOP member, you should automatically be given the member rate at registration. You must be an active NACCOP member at the time of registration in order to receive the member rate for the webinars. We will not be able to retroactively adjust the registration fee if you become a member AFTER registration.
