REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
To register an individual for the conference, each person must have their own individual record/account at www.NACCOP.org.
To create a record/account, go to www.naccop.org select the “Visitor Login for Events” icon on the NACCOP home page and follow the prompts. Be sure to link your record/account to your institution.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:
When asked who you are registering for select “yourself” and follow prompts. You will be able to register for pre-conferences or the advanced track session during this process.
GROUP REGISTRATION:
(Use when registering a person/s in addition to or other than yourself.)
1. When asked who you are registering for select “group” and follow prompts.
2. If you do not see the name of the person who you are registering listed under your institution, this means they do not have a record/account in our system. They will need to have an account before you can register them. See above for instructions on how to create a record/account at www.naccop.org.
3. Check membership status of registrants.
4. You will be able to register for pre-conferences or the advanced track session during this process.
MEMBER RATE
NACCOP members will automatically be given the member rate.
If you would like to receive the member rate for the conference, you must first purchase a NACCOP membership. Please visit http://www.naccop.org/join.
HOW TO CONFIRM ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
Enter your email address and password to log into the system. Once logged into the website, using the instructions above, look at the left side menu. If “NACCOPConnect” and “Resources” do NOT appear on the menu, you are NOT an active member.

REGISTER NOW, PAY AFTER YOUR NEW FISCAL YEAR BEGINS
You can register now and request us to send you an invoice when your new fiscal year begins. We will date that invoice for your new fiscal year.
Upon check out, instead of selecting Credit Card, use the drop-down arrow to select Mail My Check.
