While investigative and adjudication processes are constantly evolving, COVID-19 has exacerbated this evolution. This webinar will assist higher educational professionals as they navigate these processes in a virtual world, including how the new regulations may impact their practices. Specific focus will be given to the practical challenges and nuances that present themselves during intake; case management; “meetings”/interviews; document sharing; and hearings.
Webinar 2 of 2: Responding to Title IX in Online Learning Environments

New themes and challenges emerge as campuses move to rely more heavily, or exclusively, on online instruction. This webinar will assist higher education professionals and help them understand the practical challenges and nuances that need to be addressed when students are attending, but no longer physically on-campus, including how the new regulations may impact their practices. Topics for consideration include policy implications and development; behavioral issues unique to on-line instruction; the impact of law and case law; and resolution procedures.
NOTE: You must be an active NACCOP member at the time of registration in order to receive the member rate for the webinars. We will not be able to retroactively adjust the registration fee if you become a member AFTER registering.

The webinar access links will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the webinar, to the email address you provide during registration for the event. If you are not the person participating in the webinar, you will need to provide the email link of the participant.

Handouts will be available via a link inside the webinar chat. We will open the webinar 30 minutes early (1:30 pm EDT) to allow participants time to open/print the handouts before the webinar presentation begins at 2:00 pm.
