Description: Title IX Coordinators must make complex decisions regarding moving a report forward without the cooperation or desire of a Complainant. This webinar will focus on the decision-making process that a Title IX Coordinator should engage in when deciding to sign the formal complaint on behalf of the institution as well as the pros and cons and potential challenges.
The webinar access link will be sent a few days prior to the webinar to the email address you provided during registration for the event. If you are not the person participating in the webinar, you will need to provide the emailed link to participant.
Payment will provide attendees with one link to access the webinar.

One discount allowed per registration. If you are a NACCOP member, you should automatically be given the member rate at registration. You must be an active NACCOP member at the time of registration in order to receive the member rate for the webinars.
