Check-in/Check-out
Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm, and check-out is prior to noon. Luggage storage arrangements for early arrivals and/or late departures can be made with the hotel bell captain.
 
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of individual reservations will be accepted by the hotel, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Early departure or no-shows will be charged $299 + tax.
 
Internet Access
Complimentary high-speed internet access is available in your guest room and in the common areas of the hotel.
 
Getting There
The hotel is located 27 miles (approximately 30 – 45 minutes) from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), is serviced by all the major airline carriers. You can reach the property via taxi, Uber, or by renting a car at the airport. Valet parking at the hotel is $45 daily with in/out privileges, and no self-parking.

Average November temperatures for New Orleans are 72° F during the day and cooling to the mid-50s° F during the evening. Meeting rooms may be cool, so bring a light jacket or sweater.
