Committees Leadership
A list of our committees is presented below:
Awards Committee
The Awards Committee is responsible for accepting recommendations from the membership and preparing a nomination to the Board of Directors for the Greenwich Association of REALTORS' REALTOR of the Year and Hall of Fame recipients.
CTR Directors
CT Association of REALTORS® Directors (3 Total per CTR Bylaws Allocation): Local Board President, 2 REALTOR® Members. CTR Executive Committee Members are also included.
Education Committee
The Education Committee reviews the informational sessions and CE-class offerings of the organization. They provide a program each quarter about issues concerning the Town of Greenwich and also arrange for tours of the Greenwich Schools.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee provides financial recommendations and oversight for the organizations.
Grievance Committee
The Grievance Committee reviews any complaint filed at the Association to determine the validity thereof that would justify holding a full hearing.
International Committee
The International Committee provides programs and information related to International Real Estate and cultural programs in the Town of Greenwich.
MLS Committee
The MLS Committee functions to review the capabilites of the MLS, new product offerings, the enhancements and operations of current system functionality and to review and recommend MLS Rule Changes and policy changes to the Board of Directors.
Professional Standards Committee
The Professional Standards Committee hears ethics and arbitration cases.
Risk Reduction Committee
RPAC and Legislative Committee
Scholarship Committee
The Scholarship Committee reviews the application for scholarships from the Association and MLS.
