Find Your Firm in GBA's Member Search

First, verify that your firm is not already listed. Make sure you have tried searching by just City and State/Province with no other criteria entered in any other fields. You should find any location of a GBA Member Firm this way, unless the location has been set to not show online. Use the two-letter abbreviation for the state. If a location still does not come up, then you may need to add it.

If you can find your location by State/Province but not other ways, or if the information is incorrect, you may need to update your directory listing.

Only the Primary Contact for a location can update location information online. To see if you are the Primary Contact, go to My Information. Scroll down the page, and you will see a section called "Linked Organizations Information." All the locations for which you are the Primary Contact will be listed there. If none are listed, you are not a Primary Contact.  You can find out who is the Primary Contact for your location by looking at "Organization Information" on the same page, just above the "Linked Organizations Information". Please notify that person that they need to update your location's listing.

To add a location that you could not find at all, follow the link that appears after "Are you the primary contact for an organization that is not listed above?" under "Linked Organizations Information".

If you are the Primary Contact of existing locations, here is the information you should verify for each location of your firm:

• Firm name, address, and contact information
• "For More Information, Contact" name
• Services Offered

The more complete and accurate this information is, the better the chances that someone searching will find you.

To make the updates:

1. Log in using your e-mail address and GBA website password at the "Login" link at the bottom of the menu on the left if you have not already done so. If you have trouble logging in, please use the "Forgot your Password?" link on that page. If this still does not work, then contact us at info@geoprofessional.org or 301-565-2733 for additional help logging in.
2. Go to "My Information" to review your own personal information, as well as the complete list of locations for which you are the Primary Contact. From here, follow the links to view and update each location.
3. You may also view and request changes to the list of employees at each location at this time.
