Efficient Librarian: Productivity Strategies for Workplace Success

The world of work seems to be moving faster and faster every day. Is it possible to keep up with the rapid pace and still be stress free? Yes, it is! The secret is to become an Efficient Librarian.  This workshop will present productive strategies for workplace success based in part on the book, Getting Things Done® by David Allen and other the work of other leading productivity experts. Learn about the three paths to success, which include powerful methods for managing commitments, information, and communication that are the gold standard for personal and organizational efficiency.

Participants will develop on site a trusted system that will allow them to:

  • Capture anything and everything that has your attention and concern
  • Redefine actionable items into concrete next steps and clear outcomes
  • Organize information in the most streamlined way, based on how and when you need to access it
  • Make trusted choices about what to do in any given moment
