Whether you're new to the field or an experienced library worker there are a number of skills that librarians need to utilize in order to be successful in today's changing workplace. Borrowing from types of management beyond human resources management; today's librarians need to be fluent in data management, project management and change management. As well, there are other more technical skills that we know will be changing, such as copyright legislation, data management practices and website design. This webinar will be focused on resources for lifelong learning; and other tips for skills that are relevant to today.
You will gain:

An understanding of evolving skills and resiliency as a skill, overview of where to engage in conversations for skills, how best to learn.
