Technology directly impacts libraries and our users. As new technologies emerge and existing technologies evolve, libraries must continually adapt and evaluate technology. How can we use technology to expand existing services, offer new and exciting services and, help educate users on these new tools?

During this two-part interactive series, we will explore the top technologies impacting libraries in 2021 and beyond. Further, we will break down each trend and discuss the current uses, future expectations, implications, and possible pitfalls of the current trends.

Presenter:  Diana Silveira
