Registration Instructions

Join public power leaders from throughout New England for NEPPA’s 1.5-day E&O Conference and Expo.  Please submit your registration by Friday, May 1st

Exhibitor Registration

NEPPA's Engineering & Operations Conference and Expo features an indoor expo hall and outdoor truck/trailer exhibits open on Monday, May 18th from 10:45 am - 3:30 pm at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center (1657 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01701).

 

Each booth and space includes registration for one representative.  All representatives attending must be registered and wear a name badge for access to the expo hall.  Additional representatives are required to register at an additional fee.

 

Please submit your registration by Friday, May 1st.  Once your registration has been processed, a representative from Capitol will contact you with an exhibitor package to order electric, carpeting, furniture, etc.

 

Exhibit Options & Registration

NEPPA's Expo Hall offers the following exhibiting options:

  • 8 ' x 8' Booth (Includes a 6 ft. table, piping and draping.  Electricity is NOT included.)
    • NEPPA Members: $425
    • Non-Members: $785
  • 10' x 33' Truck/Trailer Space (Indoor parking/display, no piped or draped booth.  NOTE: Engines cannot run while in the expo hall.)
    • NEPPA Members: $525
    • Non-Members: $885
  • Booth + Truck/Trailer Space (Same sizes as above.) 
    • NEPPA Members: $750
    • Non-Members: $1,050
  • Additional Representatives (at the same booth) 
    • NEPPA Members/Non-Members: $145 ea.
