The conference registration fee covers admission to sessions, the exhibit hall, poster session, public plenary, access to the Conference Connections mentoring network, and other events, and it entitles each registrant to a conference packet and badge. Some special events, tours, and workshops require payment of additional fees.
Early registration ends February 13, 2019. Regular registration begins February 14 and ends March 13. No pre-conference registrations will be accepted after March 13. After that date, it will be necessary to register onsite (i.e., at the conference), and the availability of tickets for meals, special events, workshops, etc. will be further limited.
Student registrations must be completed with the name of the student’s institution and advisor.
Guest rate is only for non public historians who would not otherwise attend the meeting except to accompany the attendee.

- 100% refund of registration fee (minus a 20% administration fee) will be issued if cancellation request is received by February 13
- 50% refund of registration fee will be issued if cancellation request is received between Feb. 14 and March 13
- No refunds will be issued for requests received after March 13
Cancellations: Tours or other events may be canceled, and refunds issued, if an insufficient number of registrations are received.

*Note on Sessions* This online registration system uses the term "session" for workshops, tours, and events. The options listed under "sessions" during the online registration process are not our traditional breakout sessions, rather they are events that require pre-registration. All concurrent breakout sessions on Thursday through Saturday are included in your basic registration price and do not require pre-registration.
