REGISTERED USERS
If you cannot remember your Primary E-mail Address that you used to create your login ID, you have several options:

1. Enter your e-mail address in the Primary E-mail Address field and click on the GO button to verify if that e-mail address exists in our registration system.
   
   
   • If the e-mail address DOES exist in our registration system, the following three messages will appear below the Primary E-mail Address field:
     
     
     • This e-mail address is already registered in our database. Click the Cancel button to return to the main MSPP/CE Login page and log in.
     • If this is your e-mail address and you forgot your password, please click here.
     • If this is not your e-mail address, please try again using another e-mail address.
       
       
   • If the e-mail address that you entered DOES NOT exist in our registration system, the screen will default to a new, blank New Visitor Registration screen.
     
     NOTE: If you have created a profile already - and so that we do not duplicate your record in our registration system - please DO NOT complete a new profile. Instead, either click the BACK button in your browser to return to Verify Registration Status page and try again using another e-mail address, or click the blue Cancel button to return to the main  Login page.
     
     
2. If you are unable to verify your Primary E-mail Address using this page, please contact ce@mspp.edu and request your Primary E-mail Address. We will send you that information in a return e-mail.
   
   
3. If you know your Primary E-mail Address but it is no longer operational (for instance, if you have changed companies), please click the blue Cancel button below to return to the Login page. Log into the registration system using your existing Primary E-mail Address. Once you are logged in, select the My Information link that appears in the menu bar on the left side of the website and then select the Edit Information link on your Information page and then edit/update your Primary E-mail Address in your profile.
