If you or your guest (s) require any special arrangements or dietary needs to attend this program, please indicate your need on the registration form, or contact the MOA at 207-623-1101.
If you must cancel, please notify the MOA in writing by January 24th, 2019. $50 Cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be provided after January 24th, 2019. A $50 service fee will apply to all on-site conference registrations.
Continuing Medical Education Credit:
AOA CME Accreditation: The Maine Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Maine Osteopathic Association designates this program for a maximum of 21.75 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extend of the physician’s participation in this activity.
AAFP Credit Final Determination:
After acceptance of our application for AAFP Prescribed credit, please note that our program was approved for 19.0 AAFP prescribed credits. In order to receive AAFP credits, please mail or fax a copy of your completed CME form to the AAFP, 11400 Tomahawk Creek Parkway, Leawood, KS 66211-2672.

The Maine Osteopathic Association’s policy regarding inclement weather during its 2020 Mid-Winter Conference is that all CME offerings and activities will continue as planned. Refunds will not be provided to registrants or exhibitors. In the event that a speaker is unable to travel to the site or is delayed due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to schedule a substitute speaker. The Program Committee Chairs and MOA staff may readjust the program agenda to accommodate speaker delays without prior notice.
