Board of Directors is comprised of 8 ITA members consisting of a Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and 6 other member Directors. In addition, the Board includes the ITA President and Vice President.

The Emeritus designation is an honor bestowed by the ITA Board of Directors to members who have provided extraordinary service to the founding, growth and positioning of ITA as one of the leading organizations for IT Professionals.

ITA's day to day business operations are managed by a President, Vice President and a Meeting Planner.
