 Cancellation Policy: Should an Attendee or Exhibitor purchase a registration and be unable to attend, they should notify IMPI, by email, prior to April 23, 2023, so that an event credit may be issued to their account. Credits must be used for IMPI events within one calendar year of the date they are issued. Due to the payment schedule with the venue (hotel), no cancellation credits can be issued after April 23, 2023.
