REGISTRATION DETAILS
The virtual summit registration fee includes participation in the live event sessions and 30-days online access to the session recordings.
Virtual Summit Registration Fees:
CWLA Member – $250; Non-Member – $300
10% Discount Available for Group of 5 or More Summit Registrations*
*Registrations must be completed at the same time as a group for the “10% for 5 or More” discount to apply and is only applicable for new summit registrations. Contact CWLA2020@cwla.org for assistance with a group registration.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for the summit sessions and pre-summit webinars. Up to 18 credit hours are available. This program has been approved for CEUs by the NASW Washington State Chapter. Licensed social workers, marriage and family therapists, and mental health counselors are eligible. Provider number is #1975-176. Attendees must submit evaluation forms and quizzes to receive credit.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Complete a separate online registration for each person participating in the summit. All registrations must be paid in advance of the virtual summit by check, credit card, or signed purchase order authorizing registration fee payment.
Discounts: To receive discounted member registration rates, member agencies’ dues must be paid to date. Registrations must be completed at the same time as a group for the “5 or More” discount to apply. Contact CWLA2020@cwla.org for assistance with a group registration.
All payments are due by October 1, 2020. Mail checks payable to Child Welfare League of America with a copy of your registration confirmation to CWLA, P.O. Box 75171, Baltimore, MD 21275-5171. Purchase orders will be accepted for pre-registration, but your organization’s check must be received by CWLA on or before October 1, 2020, otherwise you will be required to provide another form of payment. Please be sure to submit documentation to your agency early enough to ensure that CWLA receives payment prior to the summit.
Your registration confirmation is summarized once you complete your registration online. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided. We encourage you to print a copy of your registration for your records.
Any and all liability of the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) with respect to registration, reservations, cancelations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall CWLA be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Submission of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
Cancelation Policy: Written cancelations received by e-mail to CWLA2020@cwla.org on or before 5:00 p.m. (ET) on Friday, September 17, 2020 are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. After September 17, no refunds will be given and no exceptions will be made. No-shows will be invoiced for payment of the full registration.
Substitutions: If you are not able to participate, you may make a substitution from your agency, but CWLA must be notified in advance by e-mail at CWLA2020@cwla.org.
CWLA reserves the right to cancel any session at any time.
CWLA or its contractors may record sessions and activities at the summit. By registering for CWLA’s virtual summit, participants understand and agree to allow their images and posts to be used by CWLA in its publications, on its website, and in marketing or promotional materials. Your participation in the event waives CWLA from liability resulting from these uses.
