OASE AwardsOASE sponsors two awards each year—the Superintendent of the Year and Excellence in Curriculum Leadership. For members wishing to nominate a colleague, please follow the following guidelines: Superintendent of the Year Award The process for this award begins in August. The nominee must be an active superintendent, and a current member of both AASA and OASE. Step 1: Go to http://soy.aasa.org and REGISTER Step 2: Go to http:// soy.aasa.org and LOGIN Step 3: Click APPLY NOW Step 4: Fill out only sections 1 & 2 only! Step 5: Upload one Letter of Recommendation to section 5 Step 6: Save and click Finalize Application on the bottom of section 5 Applications must be submitted by midnight on Tuesday, September 24, 2013! All applications will be sent to the OASE Executive Board for selection. The Oregon winner will be notified by the second week in October and will then be asked to complete sections 3 & 4 and submit more letters of recommendations as well as supporting documents.
