Central Ohio women physicians – you’re invited to an evening of comradery and connection.
The CMA’s Women in Medicine Committee is excited to host a virtual wine tasting developed specifically for local women in medicine. We’ll also learn more about the good work of the local “I Support the Girls” chapter. Here are the details:

- Tuesday, October 20th | 7:00-8:00pm via Zoom
Event Details:
- The Refectory Restaurant expert Sommelier Chris Dillman will lead us through “Wines Off the Beaten Path”. The tasting package includes 4 wines and a petite cheese plate. *Instructions on how to pick up your package below.
- We’ll also be joined by Kathy Jackson of the organization called “I Support the Girls”. Kathie works tirelessly to collect bras (new and gently used), toiletries and donations to give to local women in homeless shelters and in schools. As she said, “periods don’t stop for pandemics’ and the need is greater than ever.
- Cost: $50/per person

If you’re unable to attend the event, but would like to make a donation to “I Support the Girls” local chapter, there are three ways to contribute:
- Make a monetary donation (an account has been set up specifically for this event)
- Purchase an item from the "I Support the Girls" local chapter wish-list on Amazon.
- Donate new or gently used bras; toiletries and feminine hygiene products. A collection box will be located at the CMA office throughout October.
*Refectory Pickup Instructions: Pickup is available Saturday, 10/10 and Tuesday (event day) from 3:30-5:30.
