Event Description
The Annual Workforce Development Summit was held virtually, November 16 -18, 2021. As a result of virtual programming, sessions can be accessed through Friday, March 4, 2022!
Our program offered general sessions from industry leaders and those outside the sector that offered insightful lessons, concurrent programs in tracks including The Future of Training, Upskilling, and Learning in Energy Careers; Building a More Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Energy Workforce; Essential Steps to Connect with Tomorrow’s Workforce and Managing the Business of Workforce Development.
Programming is for everyone whose role touches workforce development – operations, HR, DE&I, talent acquisition, data analytics, workforce planning, ERGs, educators, and others! If you did not participate in the live days, you can still register and gain insight into best practices within the industry. As added incentive, the virtual platform also houses all sessions from 2020’s virtual conference as well – that’s several dozen educational opportunities, just waiting to support you, on your time – whenever convenient.
