Smart Snacks in School – Understanding the Interim Final Rule Nutrition Standards for Competitive Foods in Schools

Beginning July 1, 2014, the Interim Final Rule Smart Snacks amendment to National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program takes effect. Schools are faced with challenges in identifying and implementing systematic processes for providing food and beverages that must meet the Interim Final Rule in time. Administrators, Nutritionists, Dieticians, School Health Coordinators, Parents, and stakeholders will all benefit from this one hour webinar with information and tools on how to identify and implement the new regulations.
