The ASALH convention presents an exciting opportunity for you to gain visibility and promote your book as well as learn about current issues in the field of African American history. Our annual convention draws nearly 1,000 attendees each year from across the nation and internationally.

As a current member of ASALH (or by becoming a member) you will have the opportunity to register for this premier event at the convention and we can showcase your work on the ASALH Bookshelf. Your book title will also be listed in our annual convention journal.
