Prolonged Casualty Care: What’s Next?

An introduction to the Joint Trauma System (JTS) new guidelines.

Presenters will discuss the evolving concept of Prolonged Casualty Care, and will provide an overview of the training units will be expected to perform for Tier 2-4 TC3 providers. Emphasis will be on the tools and talking points to influence commanders to understand and underwrite this training.

45 minutes presentation covering:

  • Proposed Clinical Practice Guidelines
  • Proposed Training Courses

Followed by 45 minutes Q/A session & panel discussion
