In our first assertive course, you learned how to build confidence, speak up, and get your point across without being pushy and overbearing. Since then, you may be using or have forgotten what you learned. Regardless, one thing is for sure -- you’ve probably wished you knew and could do more with this skill.
So, to further your development, this course picks up where the first one left off. You’ll learn new ideas and remind yourself of some old ones that you may not have put into practice. This time, there are more practical how-to ideas, more case studies and more time to practice.

CANCELATION POLICY: All registrations are firm. Substitutions are encouraged when the original registrant is unable to attend. A full credit will be given when the registrant cancels/reschedules MORE THAN two weeks prior to the date of the scheduled program.
No-shows/day of class cancelations will be billed in full. In the case of illness or a medical emergency, the registrant must notify AAIMEA and will then be offered the next date of the program at half price after the absence is paid in full.
